CCEP Vending Partnership
JCUSA works with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) to provide vending machines at approved JCU locations.
The partnership is intended to provide convenient access to beverages and selected snack products while also creating opportunities that can benefit students and student activities.
What does the partnership include?
CCEP is responsible for operating, stocking, servicing and maintaining the vending machines covered by the partnership.
JCUSA works with CCEP on the broader student experience connected with the machines. Depending on availability and the arrangements made for a particular activity, opportunities may include:
- VendSwift offers and promotional deals;
- Ticket giveaways;
- Free beverages at selected student events;
- Product promotions;
- Support for suitable student activities;
- Other student benefits announced from time to time.
These opportunities are not available at all times and may be subject to separate terms, stock availability, eligibility requirements or event approval.
Supporting students through the partnership
As part of the CCEP vending partnership, JCUSA receives a portion of the revenue generated through participating vending machines. This funding is reinvested into supporting students and continuing JCUSA initiatives, activities and opportunities. Put simply, the drink you buy today may help support the student activities you take part in tomorrow!
Where are the machines located?
The current partnership allows vending machines at approved locations across JCU’s campuses and study hubs in the following locations:
- Townsville Bebegu-Yumba Campus
- Cairns Nguma-Bada Campus (including the Yeinie Building)
- Mackay Ngudya Yamba Clinical Training Centre & Clinical School
The number and location of machines may change over time based on student use, site suitability, access and operational requirements.

JCUSA cannot guarantee that a machine will be installed, relocated or stocked with a particular product. However, your feedback can help us understand student demand and raise practical suggestions with CCEP.

Problems with a machine or purchase
CCEP is responsible for operating and maintaining the vending machines.
If a machine takes payment without providing the selected product, displays an error, is damaged or requires servicing, please report the issue directly to CCEP using the customer-service or contact information displayed on the machine.
JCUSA is happy to receive broader feedback about machine locations, products and student experience. However, refunds, faults and service complaints are handled by CCEP.
