The Student Association at JCU is here to represent you, support you, to give a voice for students on University Committees and generally ensure you're well looked after during your time here. We also aim to provide you with life long memories of a fun and exciting University experience. We encourage you to be involved in your organisation as the JCU Student Association is here solely because of you. Support the organisation that supports you!

There are two types of Membership available to currently enrolled students; FREE Membership which gives you the right to vote in Student Elections and the SA+ Package which provides you with a bucket load of discounts.

Simply start flashing your SA+ membership card and get a great range of discounts around your campus and Townsville or Cairns. Options range from VIP prices at Mad Cow, buy 1 get 1 free Magnetic Island Sealink Ferry tickets in Townsville, to 10% discount at Aroma's Coffee on campus  and discounted diving/snorkeling trips with Divers Den in Cairns.

Proof of Membership

To collect the SA+ Discount Card, please come into the JCUSA Office. You must present proof of payment to the Student Association via email or mail. The Membership Card must be presented when making use of the discount offers.
