Please be advised that Joseph Banks Avenue will be closed from:

Thursday 11th May - Friday 16th July to allow safe construction of the road upgrade, new footpath, and new carpark access. Refer to below image for closures, pedestrian pathways, and carpark impacts.

Joseph Banks Avenue and carpark PW14 closures are shown in Red on the image below

Carpark PW1 remains OPEN and pedestrian access to/from the carpark is via the yellow dotted line

Alternate Gym/Sports parking is available at carparks PW13 and PW4

• Signage and barricading will be in place

• Be aware of construction plant and personnel working in this area

Conditions of Entry 

No entry to this facility without a clean, freshly laundered towel (minimum size of 69cm x 137cm). No sharing of towels is permitted, everyone must have their own towel for hygiene reasons.

Do not enter this facility if you have been unwell in the last 2 weeks with fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath;
Entry will be refused to any unwell person who presents;
JCUSA and its nominees have the right to refuse entry to anyone with the above symptoms and they must leave the premises;
Practice good hand and respiratory hygiene;

Wipe down equipment prior to and post use with the supplied product/s; and
Use a clean towel for each session or class and consider bringing extra towels to lay on equipment benches and seats, as long as they will not cause any safety risks.

COVID-19 Symptoms can include:
Most common symptoms: fever, dry cough and tiredness;
Less common symptoms: aches and pains, sore throat, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis, headache, loss of taste or smell, a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes; and
Serious symptoms: difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure loss of speech or movement.
