Les Mills Body Pump

Pump is the original fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles. The best weight training exercises are combined with great music to strengthen and shape your entire body. You choose the intensity by choosing your individual weights. One class is the equivalent of 3 to 4 individual weight training sessions. Body pump 45 minute class incorporates a combination Tricep/Bicep track and a combination Lunges/Shoulder track.

Les Mills Grit Strength

30 Minute high intensity interval training featuring explosive high impact body-weight exercises to get you super fit, super fast.

Les Mills Grit Athletic

Incorporates speed, strength, agility, and explosive power to enhance your athletic performance.. Grit Athletic uses a bench and weight plate combined with bodyweight exercises and other multi-dimensional sports conditioning training. 


Develop Core Strength with boxing techniques & drills, as an all over cardio and strength training workout it helps improve endurance, co-ordination & stamina. Boxing is also great for stress relief. You will also get an intense workout at the same time. Gloves and inners provided. 


Pilates is a low impact class that conditions the body through flexibility, muscle strength and endurance. The focus is on the core, breath and spinal position to improve all over balance and co ordination. This Pilates class is designed from Beginner to Advanced Levels and will leave you feeling revitalised and strong.

Soulnetic Yoga

Each week we will be working through yoga sequences that target different areas of the body and mind. Yoga helps improve your flexibility, build muscle strength, perfect your posture, protect your spine, relax your system and improve your balance. We will also be focusing on different mindful techniques learning to be fully present with whatever we are doing and concentrate on the now.


Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. 


Cycle Classes are for the beginner and experienced cyclists. The focus is endurance, strength, interval training, high intensity and recovery. No matter what your level of fitness, the instructor will help you through 45 minutes to achieve your goals while burning between 500 and 700 calories.

Core Burner

Total Body Core Burner is a 30 minute workout to sculpt and tone abs, glutes, and thighs. It is based on Pilates style routines, but also incorporates leg and upper body challenges to build strength, stability, and endurance in the muscles supporting the core.  

Strong 30

Strong Nation is a high intensity, full body workout that combines body weight, cardio, plyometric training moves with basic fighter elements - all perfectly synced to the music. Instead of counting reps, train to the beat, every squat, punch, or burpee is driven by the music, helping you push past your limits. Strong 30 is a 30 minute class.
