Elections

JCUSA and JCU are currently working together to make changes and improvements to the structure and operations of the Student Association in 2024. We are still working on what exactly that looks like but this is your chance to get involved with our bright new future! Some changes will come into effect after the elections, but we’ll work together to make the transition as smooth as possible for our student representatives.  

There are still open positions on Council!

To be eligible for council positions on the JCU Student Association Council you must be a current Member of the Association. If you are interested send in a nomination form (below) and 200 word policy statement to [email protected]

We are looking for students for:

• Cairns Campus Officer (who must be enrolled on the Cairns Campus);
• Women’s Officer (who must be enrolled and identifies as a Women)
• Queer Officer (who must be enrolled and identifies as Queer)
