Les Mills RPM

A thrilling cardio workout inspired by outdoor cycling. A fantastic way to improve your cardio fitness, burn calories, shape & strengthen your lower body, and fun while doing it. Duration 45 mins. R30 duration is 30 mins.

Les Mills Bodypump

Pump is the original fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! The best weight training exercises are combined with great music to strengthen and shape your entire body. You choose the intensity by choosing your individual weights. One class is the equivalent of 3 to 4 individual weight training sessions.

Les Mills Body Attack

A high energy and really achievable sports-inspired workout, combining athletic exercises and powerful music to build cardio stamina, strength and agility. Designed to develop your general fitness faster than any other programme, it is the perfect preparation for sports like rugby, tennis or running.

Les Mills Grit PLYO

PLYO is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body.

Les Mills Grit Strength

30 Minute high intensity interval training featuring explosive high impact body-weight exercises to get you super fit, super fast.

Thump

Develop core strength with boxing techniques & drills, as an all over cardio & strength training workout. It helps improve endurance, co-ordination & stamina. Boxing is also great for stress relief and you will get an intence workout while improving your core strength at the same time. Gloves & inners provided.

Zumba

The Zumba program is a fitness-party with a contagious blend of energetic Latin and international rythms that provides a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

Booty Lift

A great way to achieve a toned butt by doing 20 mins of compound movements & 20 mins of isolating the muscles so you feel the difference while having a good time.

Step

Step  aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise using an elevated platorm (the step). A step routine builds cardiovascular endurance and burns excess fat at a fast rate. A nice variety of moves without complex choreography will keep your body in motion.

The Jungle Body

An easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting. A fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload.

Pilates

Pilates is a Low impact class that conditions the body through flexibility, muscle strength and endurance. The focus is on the core, breathe and spinal position to improve all over balance and coordination. This Pilates class is designed from Beginner to Advanced Levels and will leave you feeling revitalised and strong.

Yoga

Traditional yoga postures connect and flow together with breath to provide a flowing yoga class that lightens the body, stretches out tension, improves mobility, calms and focuses the mind. This is a gentle yet energising with an emphasis on bringing fluidity to the body. All levels welcome.
